Our Specialty Layer Cakes
Most of our cakes are available in the bakery every single day.
Cakes marked with an asterisk (*) are special order cakes
and require a minimum of three days advance notice,
as do any cakes larger than 8" round.
Our 8" cakes will serve 8-12 people.

Chocolate Mousse Cake

Bailey's Irish Cream Cake
vanilla cake layers brushed with Bailey's Irish Cream liquer,
filled with espresso mousse, frosted in vanilla buttercream,
and decorated with chocolate chunks
Carrot Cake
a super-moist carrot cake made with freshly grated carrots, layered with cream cheese filling and frosting
Oreo Mousse Cake
chocolate cake layered with whipped cream and Oreo cookie pieces, covered in vanilla buttercream and decorated with Oreo cookie halves
Coconut Mousse Cake
vanilla cake layered with coconut mousse, frosted with
vanilla buttercream, and covered completely in flaked coconut
Princess Cake
a layer of chocolate cake and a layer of cheesecake are topped
with an extra-thick layer of chocolate mousse, and the
entire cake is covered in chocolate ganache
(only available as an 8" cake)

bananas, and strawberries, then covered with
more whipped cream and decorated with strawberries

vanilla cake layered with whipped cream an strawberries, covered in whipped cream and decorated with more strawberries

layers of hazelnut cake and hazelnut meringue brushed
with coffee syrup and filled with espresso mousse,
with chocolate ganache on top and praline buttercream and toasted sliced almonds on the sides
*Banana Chocolate Chip Cake
rich banana cake studded with chocolate chips,
with cream cheese filling and fudge frosting
*Mandarin Orange Cake
vanilla cake with Mandarin orange mousse,
frosted with vanilla buttercream and decorated with
a sunflower design on top
*Lemon Mousse Cake
vanilla cake layered with a light lemon mousse,
frosted with vanilla buttercream with toasted coconut flakes
sprinkled on the sides
*Black Forest Cake
layers of vanilla and chocolate cake brushed with
cherry brandy, filled with chocolate and
vanilla mousse along with black and red cherries,
covered in vanilla buttercream
